If I dont register, and attempt a jump from anywhere, no matter what ship or JC level, it defaults to Aeon.
When I log in, it defaults to Revelation.

Either way the Jump Range tool will calculate only for either of the defaults.  Nothing else selected will work.
Annoying to be sure?
