did you re-check that you have selected the right skills and ship and stuff?

As for Bug reports if you want to keep it a lil secret send Elissen a pm on this board and he will look into it.

Well actually depends how long your route was, and your position within the star system, if you for example have a 200 AU star system, there will be a difference where you open up your cyno since the distance is calculated in 3D space. But to make sure send Elissen a PM with the data you put in so he can verify.

Hi Josh,

As Garina said, use PM or send me an e-mail at elissen@eve-icsc.com - if you can please send me the details of the routes and attach the skillsheet XML from http://myeve.eve-online.com/character/skilltree.asp

And I tested fuel usage quite a lot before the patch that introduced Jump Freighters so if you have more details, like the Jumpplanner indicated 4567 isotopes, but I actually used 4789, would be very helpfull.

And to my knowledge, your position within a solarsystem does not matter. I investigated a problem once where I had a distance mismatch of a few au. Where I was in the system did not matter in regard to EVE letting me make the jump or not. But I'll try that one out as well.
